I have a problem on my Sisters PC.
Whenever she tries to install a program the usual boxes appear
but once the Installshield wizard setup box appears nothing else happens.
If I try to cancel I get message ' you are trying to end an unresponsive
application '
have tried all I know ( not much I assure you ) but the same thing happens
on any install.
Can anyone help

Hi,

But what exactly have you tried ? I can suggest:
- check Windows Installer common problems
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555175
- check if it installs when you remove exiting InstallShield engine:
change folder name C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield to any other
and then launch installer of new app.
